% 20.01.2017 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent-DJB to constitute Disputes Adjudicatory Board in terms of Clause 20.2 of General Conditions of Contract to adjudicate upon the disputes of the petitioner arising out of the contracts of 40 MGD WTP at Chandrawal Water Works-I and 8 MGD Recycling Plant for Chandrawal-I & II.

It has been averred in the petition that respondent has treated the petitioner as a poor performer with regard to execution of work in the aforesaid contracts.

It is the case of the petitioner that the claims with regard to the aforesaid contracts remain unsolved and unattended since 26th August, 2015.

A perusal of the file reveals that the petitioner had made a

representation dated 21st March, 2016, which has not been decided till date.

Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the petitioner's representation dated 21st March, 2016 within a period of eight weeks. Order dasti.
