% 20.03.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to extend the benefit of the judgment/order of this Court dated 27.01.2017 in W.P.(C) 7873/2007 in the case of Sanjeev Kumar Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi and place the petitioner in the scale of 5500-9000 towards financial upgradation under ACP scheme dated 09.08.1999. To this effect, petitioner made representation dated 22.02.2018 Annexure P-10 (page70). However, till date no decision has been taken by the respondents.

Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents no.3&4 to decide the representation dated 22.02.2018 made by the petitioner within six weeks from the receipt of this order.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
