% 05.03.2020 The Assessing Officer has not yet passed order in the petitioner's application under Section 220(6) of the Income Tax Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, the said application is disposed of by the Assessing Officer expeditiously. Accordingly, we direct the Assessing Officer to pass order in the petitioner's application u/s 220(6) of the Act within the next two weeks. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. We make it clear that we have not made any observations on the merits of the petitioner's claim.
