Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Trial Court passed the order of summoning of the petitioners vide order dated 22.7.2017. However, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court. 2.
