As per office note, no fresh documents have been filed. Mr. Laxmi Dutt Pandey, the Authorized Representative along with his counsel is present in Court. To support his identity, he has filed the copy of Aadhar Card across the board. The same is taken record.

Learned counsel for petitioner has also filed the copy of Board Resolution of Authorization in favour of Mr. Laxmi Dutt Pandey, General Manager-Legal. The same is accepted.

Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- along with interest to the petitioner in terms of order dated 09.12.2024 of the Hon'ble Court.
