M.A. 1965/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners want to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition under Section 91 Cr.P.C. when the prosecution evidence starts. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition and the accompanying application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to move appropriate application under Section 91 Cr.P.C. after framing of the charge.
