% 18.03.2020 The learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions submits that the respondents have granted exemption to the petitioner on application of the Notification dated 26.09.2017 which restricted the Indian Nationals from travelling to Yemen. He submits that with the passing of the said order, the petitioner may collect his passport from the Regional Passport Office, Surat.

In view of the above, it is directed that the respondents, while releasing the passport of the petitioner, shall also supply a copy of the order granting exemption to the petitioner from application of Notification dated 26.09.2017 and shall ensure that the petitioner is in no manner further restricted from travel because of his visit to Yemen.
