The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that Delhi State Legal Services Authority be directed to undertake an inquiry and ensure disposal of appropriate compensation to the petitioner. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an application before the Delhi State Legal Services Authority for seeking disbursement under the Delhi Victim Compensation Scheme.
