The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 24.01.2019 whereby a charge under Section 354-A IPC read with Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offices Act, was framed.

The trial has commenced and the prosecutrix has also been crossexamined. 3.

In the circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition while reserving all his rights and contentions including the contention that the allegations and charges are vague.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All the rights and contentions of the petitioner are reserved.
