% 09.09.2021 The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. 1.

Action is stated to have been taken by the respondents only after the filing of the present contempt petitions, for which the petitioners had to expend monies. There has been delays in compliance of the judicial directions whereunder the petitioners' applications were to be processed ^ the respondents within 12 weeks of their filing. 2.

Insofar as orders have been passed by the respondents, it will be open to the petitioners to pursue their legal remedies However, insofar as they have been constrained to approach the court and have expended monies, let costs of Rs. 19,000/- be paid for each petition, within two weeks. The learned counsel for the petitioners says that the costs be utilised for a socially beneficial measure. He requests that the costs be deposited into the ' AASRA Fund' created by this court for the amelioration of personal difficulties of

victims of bums injuries, by imparting skill-development to them. Let it be so done.

The petitions, along with pending applications, stand disposed-off in the above terms.
