BAIL APPLN. 723/2019 Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 72/2019, under Sections 376/506/323 IPC, registered at police station Adarsh Nagar, New Delhi while claiming to be innocent. Petitioner had filed similar application before the Sessions' Court which was dismissed, as the FIR particulars were not mentioned therein.

Upon notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondentState submits that offence under Section 377 IPC has been also added. Since FIR particulars are now known, therefore petitioner is permitted to approach the Sessions' Court to seek bail on merits. Page | 1

With aforesaid liberty, this application is disposed of, while not commenting on the merits of the case.
