The present suit has been placed before the Court by the Registrar (Original), who has stated in the order dated 13.05.2016 that the case file has been received back from the court of learned ASJ, South District, Saket Courts, officiating District & Sessions Judge, South District, Delhi, stating inter alia that the matter pertains to South-East District and not to South District.

In view of the aforesaid observation, the Registry is directed to transfer the file to the District & Sessions Judge, South-East District, Saket Courts, Delhi, for further proceedings. The parties shall appear before the concerned court on 31st August, 2016.

As none is present on behalf of the plaintiff, the defendant No.1 shall give a written intimation of the next date of hearing to the counsel for the plaintiff so that all the parties are present before the concerned court. HIMA KOHLI, J JULY 12, 2016/rkb
