1. Mr. Amarjit Singh, husband of the Decree Holder is present in the Court today. He states that Judgment Debtor No. 1 and 3 have issued a general power of attorney in favour of Mr. Sunder Lal, the Prospective Purchaser and have also handed over the possession of the property no. 12, Kohat Enclave, Pitam Pura, New Delhi-110034. Learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that in view of the above development, she has instructions to withdraw the present execution petition.
