% 19.03.2019 After brief hearing of the parties, counsel for the respondent, on instructions, has agreed that all the impugned orders shall be kept in abeyance and opportunity of being heard shall be given to the petitioners. If it is agreed that the respondent shall give the opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, then certainly the respondent has to pass a fresh order.

Accordingly, I hereby set aside the impugned orders dated 26.12.2017, 01.02.2019, 04.02.2019 and 12.03.2019. Accordingly, after giving opportunity of being heard to the petitioners, the respondent shall pass fresh orders on prayer (c) of the petition.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of.

Needless to state that this Court has not expressed its opinion on the issues raised in the present petition.
