By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Court of the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi, for expeditious disposal of Criminal Appeal No. 44/2024 (filed under Section 29 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005).

Mr. Simarpal Singh Sawhney, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
