O R D E R

% 08.08.2019 This order is in continuation of the last order. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that in terms of last order, petitioner has joined investigation but the jewellery articles have not been returned and the approximate value of jewellery articles is ₹1.5 lacs.

Counsel for petitioner submits that without prejudice to his rights, petitioner volunteers to deposit a fixed deposit receipt in the sum of ₹1.5 lacs in the name of trial court, with the trial court within twelve weeks from today.

Without commenting on the merits of this case, interim order of

19th March, 2019 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail , subject to his depositing fixed deposit receipt in the sum of ₹1.5 lacs in the name of trial court, with the trial court within twelve weeks from today and furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer concerned.

The application is disposed of.
