% 06.08.2025 Mr. Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal in view of the settlement, that is stated to have been arrived-at between the parties before the Mediation Centre, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi on 07.02.2025.

Learned counsel has joined the proceedings via video-conferencing on behalf of the respondent; and confirms the position. 3.
The appellant is also present in court.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed-of as withdrawn, holding the parties bound by the terms of the settlement. 5.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. 6.
At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the appellant prays that since the appeal has been disposed-of as withdrawn, the full court-fee be refunded to the appellant.

In the circumstances, in view of the provisions of section 16-A of Court Fees Act, 1870 (as applicable to Delhi), let 50% of the court-fee affixed on the appeal be refunded to the appellant. 8.
The Registry is directed to draw-up the requisite certificate in favour of the appellant within 02 weeks.
