% 12.04.2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He, however, submits that petitioner had applied for extension of interim bail granted to him by way of a miscellaneous application in this petition. He seeks leave to withdraw the application seeking interim bail with liberty to file fresh substantive petition seeking interim bail.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to apply for interim bail by way of fresh substantive petition. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
