HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN
O R D E R
% 04.02.2016 Though the present writ petition has been filed with number of prayers, learned counsel for petitioner states that he would be satisfied if the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas disposes of the petitioner's representation dated 25th April, 2012 at page 98 of the paper book. Consequently, present writ petition and application are disposed of with a direction to the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25th April, 2012 at page 98 of the paper book by way of a speaking order.
However, this Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. Rights and contentions of all parties are left open.
In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order disposing of the representation, petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
