% 11.03.2020 The petitioners no.1 and 2 are major and they have married on 18.02.2020. Since it is an intercaste marriage hence the respondents no.3 and 4 who are the mother and uncle of petitioner no.2 have objected to their marriage and alongwith their associates have threatened the petitioners and to the family of petitioner no.1 with dire consequences, hence this petition is filed for providing police aid to the petitioners.

The learned APP submits the police is already seized of the matter and the mobile nos. of the SHO and Beat staff have already been given to the petitioners and are in regular touch with them. In the circumstances, the petitioner intends to withdraw the petition, the same is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application(s) also are disposed of.
