The prayer in this writ petition is only for issuance of a direction to Respondent No.3 to accept the application, by the petitioner, for grant of affiliation to the D.El.Ed. course for the academic year 2019-2010, and to decide it in accordance with the schedule prescribed by the Supreme Court in Maa Vaishno Devi Mahila Mahavidyalaya v. State of U.P. & Ors., (2013) 2 SCC 617. W.P.(C) 2759/2019

Mr. Deepak Thukral, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.3, submits that his client is willing to accept the petitioner's application and would decide it, as prayed for by the petitioner, within the time stipulated by the Supreme Court in the aforesaid judgment. 3.

In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

The Respondent No.3 shall remain bound by the undertaking given in this Court.

The writ petition is disposed of.
