CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GIRISH KATHPALIA

O R D E R

% 27.08.2025 1.

Despite circumstances described in detail in order dated 06.05.2025, making it clear that till date sentence remains not suspended, none has appeared on behalf of revisionist. Rather, on 06.05.2025 learned counsel for revisionist took adjournment on the ground that he has no instructions. It appears that revisionist is not interested to proceed further with this revision petition.

2.

That being so, copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court to initiate process in order to ensure that the revisionist is arrested and faces sentence.

3.

The revision petition and accompanying application are dismissed in default.
