The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that he be released on parole for making arrangements for performing the Mundan Ceremony of his son.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he had communicated with the petitioner by video conferencing and is informed that the petitioner has been released on furlough. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the petition. The same is disposed of.
