The present Application has been taken up on mentioning by the learned counsel for the Applicant-Plaintiff.

By way of present Application, the Applicant-Plaintiff seeks modification of the Judgment dated 30.08.2024. 3.

It is submitted in the application that the name of the learned Senior Advocate i.e., Mr. Rajeeve Mehra, who addressed the final arguments on behalf of the Applicant-Plaintiff, has not been inadvertently recorded in the memo of appearance of the Judgment dated 30.08.2024. Therefore, the request is made that the Judgment dated 30.08.2024 may be modified to the extent that the name of the learned Senior Advocate Mr. Rajeeve Mehra may be recorded in the memo of appearance.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant Nos. 1 and 2 also submits that the name of the learned Senior Advocate i.e., Mr. Davinder Singh, who addressed the final arguments on behalf of the defendant Nos. 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and 2, has not been inadvertently recorded in the memo of appearance of the Judgment dated 30.08.2024. Therefore, the request is made that the Judgment dated 30.08.2024 may be modified to the extent that the name of the learned Senior Advocate Mr. Davinder Singh may be recorded in the memo of appearance.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant No. 3 submits that she has no objection if the present application is allowed. 6.

In view of the submissions made, the Judgment dated 30.08.2024 is hereby modified to the extent that the names of Mr. Rajeeve Mehra, learned Senior Advocate for the plaintiff and Mr. Davinder Singh, learned Senior Advocate for the defendant Nos. 1 and 2 are hereby incorporated in the memo of appearance of Judgment dated 30.08.2024. 8.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of. 9.

The next date of hearing i.e., 06.12.2024 stands cancelled. I.A. 45039/2024 (u/S 151 of CPC, 1908) 10.

By way of present Application, the Applicant-Plaintiff seeks withdrawal of the Application bearing I.A. No. 39760/2024 filed on behalf of the Applicant-Plaintiff seeking modification of the Judgment dated 30.08.2024.

In view of the Order passed in I.A. No. 39760/2024, the present application has become infructuous and the same is hereby dismissed.
