The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents no.1 to 3 to restrain the private respondents no.4 to 7 from carrying out illegal construction on the ground floor of the property bearing no. 527, Katra Ishwar Bhawan, Khari Baoli, Delhi-110006 (hereinafter 'subject property'). The petitioner is the owner/occupier of the said property. 2.
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 13th April, 2026, photographs have been placed on record by the petitioner, which show that construction is being carried out by the private respondents no. 4 to 7 in the subject property.

Notice is accepted by counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no. 1, 2 3, and 7.

The respondent no.1/ MCD shall inspect the subject property as well as the property of the petitioner and determine if any unauthorized construction is being carried out.

If unauthorized construction is found to be carried out, appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken. 7.
In view of the above, the present writ petition alongwith pending application, is disposed of.

In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
9.
All rights, contentions, and legal remedies of the petitioner as well as the private respondents are kept open.
