Mr. Srivastava, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited ('TPDDL') on advance notice, submits that an identical writ petition being W.P.(C) 3652/2025 was filed earlier by the petitioner, which was dismissed vide order dated 25th March, 2025. 3.1.
This fact has not been disclosed in the present writ petition. 4.
To be noted, the earlier writ petition as well as the other writ petition has been filed through an Advocate engaged through the Delhi State Legal Services Authority ('DSLSA').

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed. 6.
