First Bail Application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') corresponding to Section 439 read with Section 482 CrPC, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 128/2024 under Section 363/376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Kalyanpuri, Delhi. 2.

Status Report has been filed today in the Court. Let the same be taken on record.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file it afresh after the public witnesses are recorded.
