% 19.01.2016 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all issues and points before the authorities concerned. He also requests that further time may be granted for filing reply to the Memorandum dated 01.12.2015.

Taking the statement on record, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn clarifying that we have not expressed or commented on the merits of the Memorandum dated 01.12.2015. We feel that the Tribunal has not made any observation on the merits and it will be so construed.

By the order dated 04.01.2016, the Central Administrative Tribunal had granted 15 days time from the said date to file a reply to the Memorandum dated 01.12.2015. It is stated that the said time is expiring today.

In view of the prayer made, we are extending time by seven days, i.e., reply may be now filed on or before 27th January, 2016. SANJIV KHANNA, J NAJMI WAZIRI, J JANUARY 19, 2016/acm
