The present bail application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner under Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking interim bail for a period of three weeks, in pursuance to FIR No.36/2025 under Sections 21/25/29 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Prem Nagar.
