By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking setting aside the impugned order dated 20.12.2021, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-04 (North) Rohini Courts, Delhi in Criminal Revision No. 74/2021 titled as "Smt. Sukho Devi v. The State." 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he was neither made a party nor given a notice when the above-mention revision petition was heard by the learned Trial Court. He, therefore, prays that the present matter be remanded back for afresh adjudication.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 states that he has no objection if the present matter is remanded back. Accordingly, the present petition is remanded back with direction to hear the petitioner herein who is the complainant and decide the revision petition afresh.
