% 12.01.2017 Learned counsels are agreeable that the petition be allowed and the trial be expedited and be made time bound. This is, of course, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties on merits. Accordingly, by consent, petition is allowed and case bearing CC Nos. 4993199/2016 and 4989393/2016 pending in the court of Mr. Anurag Thakur, Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka, is transferred to the court of Mr. J.S.Lamba, Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Courts, who is hearing case titled, 'Karina Fincap Ltd. Vs. Atul Bhuchar'. The Metropolitan Magistrate to whom the case is transferred shall dispose of the cases preferably within six months. Neither party shall seek or be granted any undue adjournment.

The petition stands disposed of.
