W.P.(C) 2801/2019 The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition, inter alia, to seek deferment of the Annual General Body Meeting (AGBM) of the Bhagwati Cooperative Society Limited in the light of the order dated 10.10.2018 issued by the respondent - RCS.

First and foremost, we may observe that though the petitioner seeks relief against the aforesaid Society, he has not impleaded the said society as party respondent. On this ground itself, the petition is not maintainable. The grievance of the petitioner is in relation to the affairs and management of the said society. If he has any issues, it is for him to raise

the same in the AGBM since the General Body of Members of the Society is supreme and it has to resolve all such issues which are sought to be raised by the petitioner.

In our view, the present petition is misconceived. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
