Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has argued on the aspect of maintainability of the present petition, however, in view of the final order dated 16.12.2024 passed by the learned Family Court, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in M. No.24/2021 entitled <Lt. Col. Pushpinder Singh v. Smt. Priyanka Dutta, the relief sought herein does not survive anymore.

As such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate step(s) in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition alongwith the pending application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
