1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners refers to a letter dated 12th April, 2019 addressed to him by the Directorate General, CRPF accepting the Petitioners' first prayer that they should be granted the benefit of the Old Pension Scheme.

2. The second prayer regarding consequential benefits was stated to be under examination.

3. The Court directs that the second prayer of the Petitioners for the grant of consequential benefits be decided by the Respondents positively, by a speaking order, on or before 31st January, 2020, and be communicated to the Petitioners on or before 15th February, 2020. In case the Petitioners are W.P.(C) 2802/2019 Page 1 of 2

aggrieved by such a decision, it will be open to them to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
