After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the captioned petition and take recourse to an appropriate statutory remedy.

Counsel submits that given the age of the petitioner protection be granted for two days.

Accordingly, the writ petition is, dismissed, as withdrawn. W.P.(C) 2588/2020

Mr. Gaggar, who, appears on advance notice will, however, have the Receiver stand over the proceedings for taking possession of subject asset till 02:00 pm on 09.03.2020.

In case, the petitioner does not approach the appropriate forum before that date and obtain an order, this protection will stand dissolved automatically.

The concerned DRT is requested to take up the application immediately, upon presentation and deal with the same without being burdened by the direction contained in paragraph 5 above. 7.1 Needless to add, I have not examined the matter on merits. 8.
