% 03.08.2015 I.A.15578/2015 (u/O 23 R 1 CPC) It is submitted that parties have settled their disputes amicably vide settlement-cum-compromise deed dated 23rd May, 2015. Parties shall remain bound by terms of settlement arrived at between the parties. Suit is not pressed by plaintiff and is disposed of accordingly. Since parties have settled their disputes at initial stage, let 50% of court fee be refunded to plaintiff as per Section 16A of The Court Fee Act, 1870. Necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry. Date already fixed in the matter, that is, 4th August, 2015 is cancelled. A.K. PATHAK, J.
