% 06.02.2017 The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor has handed over Demand Drafts aggregating a sum of ₹14,62,471/- after deducting TDS of ₹26,173/- to the learned counsel for the Decree Holder in full and final discharge of the amounts due. The said Demand Drafts have been accepted by the Decree Holder in full and final discharge of the decretal amount. The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor states that TDS certificate shall also be provided to the Decree Holder on or before 31.03.2017.
