The present contempt petition under Sections 10/12 of the Contempt of Court Act read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the contemnors may kindly be directed to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction at the suit property i.e. 4th and 5th floor of property bearing No.2147, MP Street, Patodi House, Darya Ganj, Delhi- 110002 in terms of order dated 28.10.2024 passed by the Hon 'ble High Court of Delhi in WPC No. 15147/2024.
It is further prayed that the contemnors must be punished for the said offence and must brought to the book, in the interest of justice." 3.
A status report has been placed on record on behalf of MCD detailing the action taken.
