Pursuant to the order passed by the Predecessor Bench on 24th March, 2025, a Status Report is stated to have been filed on behalf of the respondent no.1/Punjab National Bank. However, the same is not on record. 1.1 Counsel shall take steps to have the Status Report placed on record. 2.

A copy of the Status Report has been handed over in Court. 3.

In the Status Report, it has been stated that the requisite documents as sought by the petitioner have been furnished vide e-mail dated 19th March, 2025.

Counsel for the respondent submits that after the notice was issued in the present contempt petition, the said documents have been served once again CONT.CAS(C) 436/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
