% 06.03.2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner inter alia praying for the following reliefs:

"1) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction of like nature to dispose off the complaint within a time bound manner and further thereby directing the respondent to call on said Sh. Rakesh Kumar Jain, Notary Public and examine his records and punish him for fakes statement of Notary Attestation and filing false Return with the concerned Department." In view of the limited prayer made, the respondents are directed to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner within eight weeks from today.
