% 12.05.2016 After some arguments, it has been agreed that the impugned order dated 11.8.2015 be set aside and leave to defend be granted to the petitioner-tenant, however, learned counsel for the respondentlandlord prays for expedition in trial. Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside and leave to defend is granted to the petitioner-tenant. He shall file written statement within two weeks from today with advance copy to the landlord who may file replication before next date. Two witnesses are to be examined by either side. The Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the eviction
petition expeditiously preferably within an outer limit of 10 months from the date of receipt of the order.
With these directions petition disposed of.
Trial Court record be sent back.
