W.P.(C) 2554/2020 & CM APPL. No. 8901/2020 (stay) This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The following reliefs have been prayed :
"a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction directing the Respondent No. 2 to award the tender bearing file no. Q-1-MS (01)/ 2019 dated 25.07.2019 for supply of Liposomal Amphotericin B in saline to the Petitioner;
b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction directing the Respondent No.2 to place before this
Hon'ble Court records pertaining to tender bearing File no. Q-1-MS (01)/ 2019 dated 25.07.2019;
c) Pass any such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice and equity." 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the present petition is pre-mature and the apprehensions of the petitioner are baseless and unfounded. The bid submitted by the petitioner shall be decided in accordance with law. Counsel for the respondents also submits that while it is correct that the petitioner is L1, the bid would be considered in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the tender is not granted to the petitioner, he would approach this court again, if so advised. 4.
The petition is disposed of.
