The complainant is present in person, who has been identified by the concerned Investigating Officer. She states that she has not entered into any compromise with the petitioners. She further states that her consent was not voluntary and there was some misunderstanding, and that she had compromised the matter regarding the parties staying together, and not for obtaining divorce.

In view of the submissions made by the complainant, the learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
