This writ petition is filed by the employees of Aravali Power Company Limited (respondent). The grievance raised in the present petition is for seeking parity with the employees of NTPC. It is pleaded that as per the circular dated 30.07.2018 issued by the respondent, the perks and allowances of the employees are not at parity with the employees of NTPC. 2.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall file a detailed representation with the respondent within six weeks from today. The respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing and passing a detailed order.
