In the Order dated 08.01.2024 it had been stated on behalf learned Counsel for the Petitioner that he would be moving an Application for impleadment of LRs of Petitioner who passed away on 08.06.2023. Since then the matter is being adjourned and till date no Application for impleadment has been filed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that he is not in touch with the legal heirs of the Petitioner and seeks time to file the impleadment Application.
