Crl.M.C. 188/2016 & Crl.M.A. 735/2016 The present petition has been filed against the order dated 16.12.2015 passed by the learned ACMM directing the Investigating Officer to expedite the investigation and file the charge sheet on or before 21.01.2016.

The only grouse of the petitioner is that these directions to file the charge sheet would be used otherwise and it should be a report

under Section 173 Cr.P.C.

This Court is of the considered opinion that the charge sheet in the present case be read as a report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. With these observations, the present petition as well as application Crl.M.A.735/2016 are disposed of. P.S.TEJI, J JANUARY 15, 2016 dd
