In this contempt petition, non compliance of order of 19th September, 2014 is alleged. Vide aforesaid order, the following directions were issued:- "7.
To resolve the aforesaid issue, it is deemed appropriate to direct the respondents No.1 and 2/ School to prepare and file a compilation in respect of the amounts payable and paid to the petitioners after granting them the benefits of the Fifth and Sixth Pay Commissions within a period of two weeks from today, with advance copies to the counsels for the petitioners and the respondent No.3. 8.
The aforesaid compilation shall be examined by the nominee of the respondent/DOE. The petitioners as also an officer competent to appear on behalf of the respondents No.1 and 2/ School and well versed with the matter shall appear before the DOE/his nominee on 30.10.2014 at 3:00 p.m. for Cont. Cas.34/2015
purposes of reconciliation. In any amounts are found to be due and payable to any of the petitioners, the same shall be intimated to the School so that the same can be released forthwith and compliance reported to the respondent No.3. 9.
If the grievance of either of the parties still survives, they shall be entitled to seek their remedies, in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of."

While entertaining this petition, it was directed that respondent shall positively take a decision within six weeks of passing the order. 3.
Learned Addl. Standing Counsel for respondent- GNCTD points out that in terms of order of 14th January, 2015 in this petition, decision has been taken on 28th August, 2015 and copy of said order was handed over to the Court on 30th September, 2015 and it was taken on the record. It is evident from order of the said date that since counsel for petitioner was not available, therefore, the matter was adjourned. Learned counsel for petitioner supports the stand taken by learned Addl. Standing counsel for respondent- GNCTD.
