By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) read with Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail or grant of interim bail for a period of one month for attending his Chartered Accountant examination during the period 03.05.2026 to 13.05.2026 in FIR No.384/2025 dated 30.05.2025 registered at PS.: Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi under Sections 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application.

As such, the present bail application alongwith the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
