% 21.12.2017 C.M. 46881/2017 (u/O 23 Rule 3 CPC) 1.
Impugned order of 15th December, 2017 (Annexure P-1) declares termination of respondent‟s service as illegal and directs computation of back wages in terms of Rule 121 of Delhi School Education Act & Rules, 1973.

Vide last order, parties chose to explore a possibility of reconciliation from Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and they have succeeded in arriving at an amicable settlement of subject matter of this petition.

A joint application under Order 23 Rule 3 of CPC has been filed along with a copy of Settlement-Agreement of 15th December, 2017. 4.
Counsel representing both the sides submit that the aforesaid W.P.(C) 382/2016
Settlement-Agreement of 15th December, 2017 has been already acted upon, as two demand drafts in the name of Bhim Raj Garg, both dated 21st December, 2017, drawn on Punjab National Bank, Branch Chananhola, Mehrauli, New Delhi, one bearing No. "001458" in the sum of `1,30,000/- and another bearing No."001459" in the sum of `7,80,000/- have been handed over to respondent, who has accepted them and he states that he has received the amount towards full and final settlement of subject matter of this petition. 5.
Counsel representing both the sides submit that this petition be disposed of in terms of Settlement-Agreement of 15th December, 2017 (Annexure- A) to this application.

In view of above, the application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of.
W.P.(C) 382/2016 & C.M. 1571/2016 In view of orders passed in C.M. 46881/2017, this petition and application are disposed of in terms of Settlement-Agreement of 15th December, 2017.
