% 15.01.2016 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to allot a chamber to the petitioner at the Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi as per his seniority with the New Delhi Bar Association.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that 52 chambers are still available for allotment.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 3 states that as of today, more than 850 applications are pending consideration. Though, this Court was inclined to relegate the petitioner to a civil suit, yet learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the

petitioner's application.

Consequently, the present writ petition and application are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's application for allocation of a chamber in accordance with law.

In the event, the petitioner is not satisfied with the decision taken by the respondents, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. MANMOHAN, J JANUARY 15, 2016 NG
